.... Before the deadly drugs
began to flow, Turner apologized for killing his adoptive parents a decade ago
at their suburban Dallas home.
"I've
been sorry for the last 10 years. I wish you could accept my apology," he
said to an uncle who watched impassively through a window. "I know you
can't give your forgiveness. It's OK. I understand. I know I caused a lot of
pain."
Turner said
he hoped his family could come to terms with what he did. "I accept the
responsibility. I take this penalty as a man. I am sorry."
Seven minutes later, Carlton
was pronounced dead at 6:16 p.m. local time.

Carlton Akee Turner, was pronounced dead at 6:16 p.m. after receiving a lethal
injection administered seven minutes earlier.
“First of
all, I’d like to tell my uncle Kyle that I’m sorry, and I’ve been sorry
for the last 10 years, I wish you could accept my apology, but I know I
can’t even ask for your forgiveness.
“I take this penalty as a man, but this doesn’t solve anything. I’ve
done what I could to help the rest of the family. I was wrong, but I am still
your nephew no matter what you believe, and I love you.”
Henry Kyle Johnson:
“I do accept his apology,” he said. “It took a long time coming, and
this is the first time he’s ever apologized. I didn’t think he was ever
going to. “I mean, he could have chosen not to say anything, so it makes it
easier. It does.”

his death, for no special reason other than to slow down the South and the busiest Death Machinery ... for respecting reviews by the Highest Court and may have a look into all the claims ...

21, 2008.....In a second Texas case Monday, the high court lifted a reprieve
it granted last year for Carlton Turner Jr., a Dallas-area man condemned for
killing his parents in 1998.
Turner won a stay of execution last year about four hours after he was
scheduled to be put to death in Huntsville. Justices stopped his punishment
in the wake of their decision to consider whether lethal injection was
unconstitutionally cruel.
Last week, in a 7-2 vote, the high court rejected the constitutional
challenge, clearing the way for executions to resume nationally and for
Turner's reprieve to be removed. Dallas County prosecutors said his
execution now likely will be set for sometime this summer.

performed for many purposes. It is for those sorcerors who deem
ceremonies for the dead to be necessary within their workings. Herein

to feed the potential of your runes. This is also for the
enlightenment of those who are drowning in their own constriction.
